While we're all fans of those furrlicious animals here, not everyone can get on board with adopting a pet right away. Some people just need time to adjust to the idea of having another family member. Some people might even strongly object to the idea of having to take care of a pet, take it for walks, feed it, treat it with the warmth they require, and handle their little quirks.

These pet dads absolutely refused to get a doggo as a pet, a kitten, a bird, or any kind of animal, for that matter. But try as they might, they couldn't resist the sheer padorableness of their little pets. It didn't take long for them to fall completely in love with them, as these photos will demonstrate. This is one heartwarming photo. This guy told his girlfriend: "We'll take him to the pound tomorrow." How did he go from telling his girl that she's barking up the wrong tree to being best friends fur-ever with this pup she brought home?
